This workshop helps you recognize and cultivate inner strengths in yourself and in the children you support. You’ll leave with tools and resources that support both immediate and long-term well-being.

In the midst of busy days and constant demands, adults often focus on what needs fixing—behaviors to manage, expectations to meet, stress to get through. In the process, both children’s strengths and our own can fade into the background, leaving us feeling depleted, unsure, or disconnected from what actually helps us grow.
Grounding in Your Own Inner Strengths was created to shift that focus. This workshop helps you notice, name, and intentionally cultivate the inner strengths that support well-being—for yourself and for the children in your care. When strengths become visible and nurtured, challenges feel more navigable, growth feels more possible, and daily interactions become opportunities to support lasting well-being.
When inner strengths are recognized and intentionally nurtured, both adults and children experience greater ease and confidence in everyday life. Challenges feel more manageable, growth feels more natural, and well-being becomes something you can actively support rather than hope for.
You’re better able to notice and build on what’s already strong—within yourself and within the children you support—creating environments where people feel seen, capable, and supported as they grow. Over time, this steady focus on strengths lays the foundation for lasting well-being, healthy relationships, and meaningful development.

This workshop is for you if . . .
You want to better understand and nurture the inner strengths that support well-being—for yourself and for the children you care for
You notice strengths in children but aren’t always sure how to intentionally cultivate them over time
You want a strengths-based approach that supports growth without focusing on fixing or managing behavior
You care about long-term well-being and want tools that support healthy development, not just short-term solutions
You’re a parent, educator, or school leader who wants to support thriving in everyday moments
This workshop might not be the right fit if . . .
You’re looking for quick fixes, behavior management strategies, or scripted responses
You want a deficit-based or problem-focused approach rather than a strengths-based one
You’re not interested in reflecting on your own strengths alongside supporting children
You prefer highly prescriptive programs with step-by-step instructions only
You’re not open to slowing down and noticing what’s already working
This workshop is designed for parents, educators, and school leaders who support children and want a strengths-based approach to well-being. It’s especially helpful for adults who want to better understand and intentionally cultivate inner strengths in themselves and in the children they care for.
