Dr. Shira Leibowitz has dedicated her life to strengthening the adults who shape children’s worlds. Her three decades of work span school leadership, university teaching, and executive coaching, giving her a rare, real-world perspective on what helps both children and the adults caring for them to truly thrive.
Shira is the author of Havens of Hope and The Coach Approach to School Leadership, two influential books that have helped schools and organizations across the country build cultures grounded in purpose, resilience, and human connection.
Her work blends the science of growth with the art of relationship. She translates complex research into warm, practical guidance that supports the everyday interactions where character is formed and futures are shaped.
